Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel

The breakfast was good; always a hot option (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage) plus boiled eggs and yogurt and cereal, muffins, waffle maker. The cappuccino machine was greatly appreciated. There was a charger for electric vehicles. Yay!! Room clean and comfortable.

Check-in was quick and easy, which set a great tone for the stay. The location is conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. The lobby was modern, spotless, and welcoming. One standout feature was the coffee machine in the lobby — easily the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. It offered multiple premium options and tasted like something from a high-end café. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect upon arrival — a small detail that made a big difference. The bathroom was spacious and came with soft, fresh linens that added to the overall sense of comfort and quality.

The property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything looked to have been updated recently. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linen in the bathroom. The location was right near Crabtree Mall and right next to Panera bread. It was a very easy access to the downtown area of Raleigh, which is where we were attendinga sewing expo. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Raleigh.

Breakfast needs to have more whole fruits , loved the coffee machine . And please fixed the pool that definitely would be an extra bonus for your guests .

The room was very spacious. We got a unit with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The curtains kept the light out and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. We had arrived by car and parking was not an issue. There is parking in front of the hotel and underneath the building. We did not have breakfast since it was served after 7am and we had to leave on an early flight. There's a Panera bread right next door in case you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel. We had dinner at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Dos Taquitos which we highly recommend. It's been a long time since we had such amazing Mexican food. Across from the restaurants, we had an ice cream shop which was very good as well.
